Sales Director AIEM
AIEM S.r.l. EPC General Contractor company operating in the Plant, Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency sector across the whole country and supported by an international investment fund, operating in the renewable energy sector, is looking for a Sales Director.
Job Description
- You will be expected to lead the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract closing, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and business growth;
- Manage and develop relationships with key customers
- Identify new business opportunities and sales strategies;
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders;
- Contract Negotiation: Conducting contract negotiations, working in collaboration with various internal and legal departments to secure favourable contractual terms;
- Work by objectives and autonomy in organising one’s own work;
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve company objectives.
Main Tasks and Activities
- Identifying opportunities in the market for the construction or expansion of photovoltaic systems and/or industrial plants;
- Manage and develop a portfolio of customers in the company’s sector;
- Collaborate with the Tender/Sales department in order to prepare commercial offers;
- Keep abreast of photovoltaic and other market trends and developments
- Collaborate synergistically with other company functions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the role of Key Account Manager;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency in the English language;
- Results orientation and ability to work in a team;
- Ability to manage long-term business relationships and customer loyalty.
Previous experience in structured international contexts will be considered a plus.
